Welcome

Hello I'm Roz. In our sessions together, you can find a calm, unrushed, space where you can feel supported and at ease talking about your issues. You can talk in confidence, about the emotions you want to manage and the issues you want to overcome. You will be heard, understood and accepted for the individual you are.

My purpose is to help you achieve good mental health and a better life with you making choices. I offer you my wealth of experience and knowledge and my professional compassion.

I understand the shame and debilitation that poor mental health can bring and I know the joy of moving on. I also understand the deep emptiness with loss and bereavement.

When we get stuck in our tarpit, we need a rope of strategies to pull us out.  Together we can find the right plan for you to move forward, and all in a safe, confidential, inspirational space. If you would like help getting unstuck, I would welcome the opportunity to help you.

I can show you how to live well on the spectrum, and how to use your strengths to meet the challenges of Asperger's Syndrome and High-Functioning Autism.

I have over 25 years experience helping people deal with issues such as:

anger, anxiety, depression, stress, low self esteem, life changes, loss and bereavement, relationship issues: work and home, divorce, long term medical conditions and lack of assertiveness and self-confidence

Q: Are there any recurring situations in your life?

Q: Do you always attract the same kind of people into your life?

My experience includes ADHD and Asperger's.  I am a parent and an ADDer (a person with ADHD).  I can help with Executive Dysfunction and comorbidities.  I offer help with emotions and strategies that work for you.

"To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom." Socrates

KNOWING YOUR ADHD is an essential part of moving forward and in working together, you can gain that self awareness.  When you've met one person with ADHD, you've met one person with ADHD! We are all different.

KNOWING YOURSELF with a neurotypical brain, is an essential task. Knowing your triggers and working on them can change your life for the better.

Counselling is about finding out who we are and what makes us tick.

Q: What do you live for?

Q: What would you die for?

When it comes to relationships, I believe that the most important relationship we will ever have is the one we have with our self.  If we feel ok with us, then our relationships with others can flourish. I can help with your relationships at work or at home.
