My purpose is to empower people to manage their emotions and find working strategies to forge a better life.
This approach forms a working structure for all my clients no matter what type of brain they have; neurotypical, autistic or ADHD.
I offer methods that have worked to improve the life of my clients.
Q: Are you ready to change the things in your life that aren't working for you?
Q: Do you want to take the red pill to keep your life the exactly the same, or the blue pill that can empower you to make the changes you want?
Writing. One of my personal strategies is to write but not everyone wants to. Keeping a daily journal can record how far we have come in life, or for stories that our inner voice wants to tell the World; we all need to be heard. And that is why my first novel was written, 'The Most Terrifying Thing', it tells the story of a grieving, autistic psychologist in the process of a breakdown; down the rabbit hole and back again!
Films are a passion for me (I expect you can tell). I studied Film at Brunel University, Uxbridge.
The benefits of watching films:
- Increases Awareness and Social Skills
- Relieves stress
- Provides Laughs And Bonding Time
- Provides Encouragement and gives us heroes to emulate
- A Great Date Night. For many people, watching a movie is the place that couples have their first date, hold hands or even share their first kiss
"My girlfriend and her friends were at art college. I felt out of it because I can't draw or talk about artists. Roz talked about Scribbling and Doodling. I went away and saw some amazing graffiti on a wall. I was hooked. I have a great hobby and I sell my work. I feel as if I have a place in the world."

" Roz asked me to name a hero to help with my lack of assertiveness. I couldn't think of anyone but then Ellen Ripley from 'Alien' popped into my head. She was perfect for my needs. Roz's creative way of working worked for me."

"Half way into the first appointment, I calmed right down, here was someone who 'got me'."
