In our sessions together, I offer you a calm space where you can feel supported and at ease, talking about your issues.  You can talk in confidence and together, we can address the anxiety and emotions that you want to manage. You will be heard, understood and accepted for the individual that you are. 

Together, we can help you achieve good mental health and a better life with you making the choices. I offer you my wealth of experience and knowledge and my professional compassion. 

I aim to bring you the joy of moving on from the debilitation that poor mental health can bring. 

We can work together, to understand and accept the feelings of emptiness that loss and bereavement can bring. 

If you are on the spectrum or suspect that you are, together we can find and use your strengths to meet life's challenges.

You are not broken, you have everything inside you for the journey and together, we can find those hidden resources. 

I have over 18 years experience helping people deal with issues such as:

anger, shame, anxiety, depression, stress, low self esteem, life changes, loss and bereavement, relationship issues at work and home, divorce, long term medical conditions, lack of assertiveness and self-confidence

Counselling is about finding out who we are and what makes us tick. What makes us tick, doesn't make us sick!

When it comes to relationships, I believe that the most important relationship we will ever have is the one we have with our self.  If we feel ok with us, then our relationships with others can flourish. I can help with your relationships at work or at home.
